These terms govern your use of helioenergy.co, our ROI calculator at calculator.helioenergy.co, and our LINE Official Account, operated by Helio Energy (Thailand) Co., Ltd. By using these, you agree to the terms below.

What this site is — and isn't

This website and calculator provide informational estimates to help you understand whether solar might make sense for your property. They are not a binding quote, contract, or offer to sell. Actual pricing, system sizing, and terms are confirmed in a separate written proposal and contract following a site assessment.

Accuracy of estimates

Our calculator and chatbot use a documented recommendation engine based on standard assumptions about solar generation, your stated bill, tariff, and usage pattern. Real-world savings depend on factors an online estimate can't fully capture — actual roof condition, shading, weather, exact usage patterns, and utility approval. We aim for estimates that are honest and conservative rather than optimistic, but they remain estimates until confirmed on-site.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using the calculator or contacting us — estimates are only as good as the inputs
• Use this site and our LINE chatbot for their intended purpose, not to submit false, abusive, or harmful content
• Keep any account or contact details you give us up to date

Intellectual property

The content, design, calculator logic, and branding on this site belong to Helio Energy (Thailand) Co., Ltd. unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services (LINE, our calculator subdomain) that have their own terms and privacy practices. We aren't responsible for third-party services beyond our direct control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Helio Energy is not liable for decisions made solely based on this website's estimates without a confirmed site assessment and signed contract. Our liability for actual installations is governed by your separate installation agreement, not by these website terms.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The version in effect is the one published here at the time you use the site.
